Master Grazer Program welcomes new coordinator, Jacob Brandenburg

Master Grazer Program is excited to announce that Jacob Brandenburg joined the team on August the 22nd as the new Master Grazer Coordinator. Jacob is a native of Powell County where he has a background in a variety of agriculture from horticulture, and agronomy to beef cattle. He graduated from Morehead State University in May and received his undergraduate degree in Agronomy. He recently completed a summer internship in the Breathitt County Extension Office.  He enjoyed his participation in all tjacobhe county programming. Through his summer internship he showed a unique set of skills of communication, work ethic, and passion that we feel will be beneficial to our team. We look forward to introducing him to all that the University of Kentucky’s Animal and Food Sciences department has to offer in educating the communities throughout the state. We hope everyone will join us in welcoming Jacob into our family.
